Ambition ; At present day, Vibe Fellaz’s music is being played by (well-known) DJ’s in several clubs and bars throughout the Netherlands. Their groovy and uplifting electro sound is appreciated by a large audience. Their ambition is to release a lot more (remixed) tracks internationally, and rock audiences around the globe! ; ; History ; DJing & Music production duo the ‘Vibe Fellaz’ consist of two Dutchmen; Didier Hartong and Roel Hoorneman. In 2006, after knowing each other for a couple of months, they recognized a shared mutual passion for house music. Both working independently on several music and creative projects (e. g. filming, designing, writing et cetera) at that time, decided to combine forces after meeting-up at Didier’s music studio. After several sessions throughout the year of 2006 the ‘chemistry’ really started to pay-off. At that time, their first floor filler ‘Be Gentle’ was created. Didier as main producer and driving force behind what at present day (2008) is called the ‘Vibe Fellaz’, opened up to Roel’s knowledge of good music and creativity – a strong, dedicated production team emerged. ; ; After working hard on finding the proper ‘ingredients’ for their tracks – e. g. formula, people nowadays starting to recognize Vibe Fellaz’ unique blend of raw, funky and sexy sounds. Several musical influences come together smoothly – which can be heard in all Vibe Fellaz’ electro productions. ; ; Vibe Fellaz’ tracks have already been played at several renowned clubs and bars throughout the Netherlands. Integrity Records/Plushouse Recordings/Drizzle Music/Jack Locker Recordings/CHFM / Greenhouse Recordings/ Tastie Music/ BIO I fell in love with house music at the early age of 17. The year was 1994 and the Midwest rave scene was just starting to blossom. I took a liking to the sound coming out of Chicago. Some of my early influences were; Dj Sneak, Derrick Carter, Miles Meada, Traxx, Justin Long, Cajmere and Lego. I would end up starting my DJ career on Chicago’s north side. There I worked for Sun Ra Productions and played such parties as Cosmic Cup of Cappuccino alongside Boo Williams, Derrick Carter and Robert Armani. I later made connections with Terry Martin and was booked to open up for Derrick Carter at Chicago’s very own Smart Bar. I eventually took my knowledge back to Wisconsin and joined forces with 3D Concept Entertainment. We pooled our ideas together and brought a dance mecca to the Fox Valley. Like all good things in small cities it eventually came to an end. I then took time to travel and play throughout the United States mostly in L.A., San Diego, Mexico, Phoenix and down South. I was able to bring the Chicago house sound to area's heavily influenced by breaks and drum n bass and it was received well by all. After about 4 years off from the industry i moved back to Wisconsin from my home state of Michigan. There I began to work with Epiphic, which was an up and coming house music collective ran by my good friend Michael John. We once again had a thriving house music scene back in the Appleton and Green Bay areas, which lasted for some time. Michael and I started to produce tracks for his record label Epiphic Recordings. Using the aliases of Sterling Johnson & Tyrone James we released two e.p.s on Epiphic. In 2009 I met up with an old friend and decided to start another collective, which would later turn out to be Future Funk Foundation. We worked very hard together and by 2010 we had 2 releases out on Integrity Records. I am currently working on my own solo projects. The first being The Full Spectrum e.p. which is set to be released on June 15th 2011 on Integrity Records. I would like to give a special shout out to my good friend Kay Jay of Soul Deep Collective for believing in me and inspiring me to fulfill my dreams. Sean ~ I have been listening to them all. Stuart started off back in 1991 and after a year of playing local house parties, youth clubs etc broke into the club scene in 1992/1993 formally known as DJ Future. He started mixing Euro(91), Hardcore (91-92), Drum & Bass(93-95) and Jungle (93-95) until he found Underground House and Garage in 1995, which he played for 7 years until 2002 in clubs around North London. Stuart's music taste has always been strictly underground with not an ounce of Cheese. Stuart was resident for Renaissance in Stevenage from 1995 where he played for various promotions such as resident for Garage Experience promotions and guest sets for That Darn Cat , London Undeground FM parties and many more. He was also resident at Club Escape in Tenerife for 5 years until 2002 Spreading the underground house and garage vibe. After a 7 year break in mixing he is back with a serious mission, mixing only the best Deep & Soulful House music. Stuart now holds Two residencies in London for Fresh, Sweet and Sexy and Maison Soiree and Resident DJ/Promoter for Garage Experience promotions in South Hertfordshire. He has also had bookings at The Brickhouse for TEMPO parties and can also be found this summer playing in Morocco among other places. I'm 35, originally from Helston Cornwall but now live in Daventry Northants and have been here for 12 years.I'm only 5ft 3" & have short hair & green eyes. I would say i'm quite shy 2 begin with until i get 2 know someone.I am a very caring, generous person and try 2 look out for my friends as much as possible.I have quite a dry humour & love 2 make people laugh. I love 2 watch movies, go cinema, socialise with friends & have a drink on the weekend, go clubbing & love my dancing!! i'm not the ambitious type but would love 2 do djing in a club or bar as i had been playin at home for about 10 years & it was my main passion in life.
